Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You'll need to enter a credit card to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied with Floor40. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in USD.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from within the app and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays on your device even after cancellation.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays on your device — always. Floor40 never uploads your business data to the cloud. If you cancel, you keep all your data. You just lose access to AI features and future updates.
